Make all the difference in their world

Overview

Imagine every morning walking through the doors of a building where magic happens, the lives of children are changed— and you have a hand in making it all possible. Whether you’re a certified orientation and mobility specialist looking to be the one guiding children down a set of stairs for the very first time or an experienced administration professional looking to make a difference in communities that need special assistance through non-profit outreach, there’s a place for you to do good at CCVI.

This is the reality for staff members of Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired. CCVI has a legacy of almost 70 years, and our mission of preparing children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities, to reach their highest potential in the sighted world has never been more important.

As a team member, you will have an integral part in the development of the future generations. You will be an advocate, an ally each day.

These children will remember you at their high school graduation. They will remember you as they become successful adults. Your impact on their lives as a professional at CCVI will stick with them forever.
