Create a Facebook Fundraiser for CCVI in five minutes!
You’ve decided to create a fundraiser on Facebook but you aren’t sure how to get started. First, thank you for choosing to share CCVI’s mission with your friends and family online. With hundreds of organizations in the Kansas City area alone, CCVI is grateful that you are getting involved. We are one of only five schools in the country to serve populations of children with visual impairments. Your contribution doesn’t go unnoticed by students and their families.
To create a fundraiser for CCVI, click here or follow these steps:
Click Fundraisers in the left menu of your News Feed. You may need to click See More.
Click + Raise Money.
Select Nonprofit or Charity.
Select Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired
Fill in the fundraiser details with information about why you are choosing to support CCVI. Tell your friends why our organization means something to you and share our mission. CCVI’s mission is to help children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities, reach their highest potential in the sighted world. Make sure to choose a cover photo!
Click Create.
